My First race

Today Allie ran in her first race... Mommy did a race, then Allie got to participate in the Discover Spring Kids Fun Run... they ran around the park one lap.. and Allie had fun, running the whole way...

And they are off... If you look closely, Allie is near the bottom right, in a green shirt in front of the girl in white shirt and pink pants...

Now she is passing the girl in the pink skirt.. she was very proud of that...


And then she passed the boy in green, too... again, she was bragging about that... hmm.. where does she get this competitive streak??


Coming around to the finish..


She is super proud of her "medal"... and will tell you she came in 2nd place.?? Well, she did great and had fun, that is what is important...
